Havana Short Break
The NH Capri La Habana reopened last year following a substantial refurbishment, and it’s gorgeous. Like the Hotel Nacional and the Hotel Riviera, the Capri is one of Havana’s most iconic buildings, and was a prerevolution playground for Hollywood stars and American gangsters – it gets a mention in The Godfather.
The new 220-room hotel is packed with 1950s character, and has an amazing rooftop pool. It’s close to La Rampa art and craft market, and other must-sees are a short taxi ride away.
