WHAT: Liberty Festival. London's Liberty festival forms part of National Paralympics Day as celebrations occur across Glasgow and Birmingham too. The festival champions the contribution of deaf and disabled people to London's culture showcasing the best of their artwork, music and dances. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson attended the free event last year.
