Mojito

Ingredients:
- Muddled mint
- 25ml Agave
- 25ml rum
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Plenty of crushed ice

Glass: A long Collins

Method:
- Add the muddled mint, lemon juice and Agave to a glass.
- Fill the rest of the glass with Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
- Add a hit of rum.
- Add a heap of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.

Raspberry Delight

Ingredients:
- 4 muddled raspberries
- 50ml rum
- 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml raspberry syrup
- Crabbie's Scottish Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Plenty of crushed ice

Glass: A generously sized wine glass

Method:
- Add the muddled raspberries, rum, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Add a generous glug of Crabbie's Scottish Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
- Garnish using a wheel of lemon.

- 2 muddled apricots
- 25ml rum
- 20ml grapefruit juice
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A dash of sugar syrup
- Crabbie's Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
- Plenty of crushed ice

Method:
- Add the muddled apricots, rum, fruit juices and syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and strain into a glass crammed with crushed ice.
