Recipes: Gin is the tonic

Agreeably British, and infused with naturally sweet, fresh and juicy raspberries, Pinkster provides a smooth and ever-so-quaffable tipple with a premium taste and quirky character

The Perfect Pinkster (see above)

A simple gin and tonic – Pinkster style

Ingredients
50ml Pinkster
100ml Premium tonic (we used Fever Tree)
1 fresh raspberry
1 fresh mint leaf, spanked to release the flavour

Method
1. Pour the gin over ice and add the tonic
2. Spank the mint by clapping it in your hands
3. Add the mint and fresh raspberry to the glass and serve

Cherry Delightful

A rather fine dessert cocktail to round off the evening – well, dinner at least.

CHERRY-DELIGHT-WHITE-2

Ingredients
25ml Pinkster
25ml cherry brandy
25ml orange juice
25ml fresh cream
Twist of orange peel and a maraschino cherry to garnish

Method
1. Shake all the ingredients together and then strain into an ice-filler tumbler
2. Garnish with an orange peel twist and a maraschino cherry

Pinkster's Loving Fizz

Guaranteed to inject a little va-va-voom

Ingredients
50ml Pinkster
5 fresh raspberries
5 fresh mint leaves
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup (or a tad less if you prefer it dryer)
Soda water, to top

Method
1. Shake all of the ingredients apart from the soda water together, and then strain into an ice-filled tumbler
2. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig

The Jungle Remedy

50ml Pinkster
25ml lemongrass syrup
25ml fresh lime juice
5 fresh basil leaves

Method
1. Shake and double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with a sprig of basil
2. Sit back and enjoy this pink gin number
