The story of The Nutcracker will transform the palace’s state rooms into a fairytale world where nothing is quite what it seems, from a small army of mice to the Sugar Plum Fairy and a music box with a difference. This fantastical winter wonderland is where the magic begins.

The Christmas Market in the Great Court (19 Nov-19 Dec) takes place against the backdrop of the baroque palace, where wooden chalets will showcase a range of festive treats, including artisan foods and drinks.

The Illuminated Trail will once again light up England’s finest view with more than a million lights. And amid all the
festive fun, don’t forget to visit Father Christmas!
