Bagatelle brunch returns to London

After a successful summer, contemporary French-Mediterranean restaurant Bagatelle have launched their distinguished brunch in the heart of London's Mayfair.

Bagatelle brunch is a long-established tradition starting its famed Saturday sessions in New York, with DJs and thriving experience. The party atmosphere lands in London with a perfect location for foodies, the jet set, celebrities and tastemakers looking to liven up their weekend brunching.

Partnering with Season Paris, a French neo-bistrot created by Cathy Clossier, the restaurant has created four Signature Dishes within the capsule brunch menu. Dishes include the Season Bowl: a colourful bowl of fresh seasonal vegetables… cauliflower rice, seasonal vegetables, Romanesco, pumpkin, red cabbage, oyster mushrooms & a scattering of chestnuts, pesto, pistachio and sage. The Green Pancakes are made with moringa to give the natural green colouring, topped with maple syrup, white chocolate mascarpone, blueberries and pecan nuts.

The Green Beast Muesli is perfect for a lighter choice- healthy yet feels indulgent, with greek yogurt, peanuts, sesame, lemon and moringa powder topped with quinoa, ginger, cinnamon, dried banana and dates. Avocado Chocolate Mousse: a creamy mousse satisfies the sweet tooth without the guilt, made from avocado, dates, almond milk, topped with crushed almonds.

The restaurant situated on Dover Street has Dale Osborne at the helm as its Executive Chef. With twenty-two years of experience working with the most renowned chefs in the world, Osborne is an expert when it comes to gastronomy. He has worked for some of the most influential culinary establishments such as, Michelin-starred Orrery, The Wolseley, St Alban, HIX Soho, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Chiltern Firehouse and most recently Aqua Shard.

All of this makes Season the perfect partner, bringing its Parisian charm from the Carreau du Temple to London, along with its ethos of dishes made with fresh, seasonal products that appeal to both vegetarians and carnivores alike. They also cater for the gluten-intolerant.
