Dish of the week: Blueberry Pie

Crust 
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar or 1/3 cup honey
pinch salt
3/4 cup cold butter, cubes

Filling
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
pinch salt
3 cups fresh Argentinean blueberries

Method

  • Mix the soft butter with the sugar
  • Add flour and baking powder, mix
  • Add the egg and knead the smooth dough
  • In another bowl: mix the sour cream with egg, sugar
  • Take remaining mixture and put into your baking dish
  • Fill the form with berries
  • Add the prepared sour cream mixture 
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 min or until top is lightly browned
  • Cool 10 minutes before slicing ow to:
