Roses for Henry Cranke Andrews

Moorcroft designer Emma Bossons FRSA was inspired by hand-coloured engravings of roses by Henry Cranke Andrews (1794-1830), an English botanist, as well as a talented botanical artist, engraver and colourist, for this handmade art pottery collection for the RHS.
Roses for Henry Cranke Andrews holds a riveting rose collection in a vast array of colour and form, from ruffled and single-bloom roses to rich heritage colours, mixed with pale and Mediterranean hues, to evoke a quintessentially English country garden underglaze.

Madame Charbonnel and Mrs Walker

Charbonnel et Walker is Britain’s first luxury chocolatier, established in 1875. This year it celebrates 150 years of exceptional chocolate-making.
It was Edward VII who first introduced Madame Charbonnel from Paris to Mrs Walker in London. Madame Charbonnel was known for making the finest chocolates, while Mrs Walker made the finest jewellery and hat boxes. Together they created Charbonnel et Walker and opened their first shop on London’s exclusive Bond Street. Beautiful chocolates presented in beautiful gift boxes. A century-and-a-half later - their legacy lives on.
Many of our chocolates are still hand-made to the traditional recipes of Madame Charbonnel. The Boite Rouge gift box shown here was first introduced in 1909 and is just as popular today. It’s a work of art when filled with beautifully decadent chocolates and truffles.
