CRYSTAL HEAD VODKA

CRYSTAL & CRAN
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka
splash of cranberry juice
splash of soda
lemon peel
HOW TO MIX
In a rocks glass filled with ice, add Crystal Head, cranberry and soda. Gently stir.
GARNISH

THE CRYSTAL COSMO
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 oz. cranberry juice
½ oz. premium orange liqueur
½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
lemon peel
HOW TO MIX
Add Crystal Head, cranberry juice, orange liqueur and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a chilled martini glass.

SEXY NAVEL
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka
1 ½ oz. fresh orange juice or tangerine juice
½ oz. Galliano
splash of soda
orange cubes
cinnamon
HOW TO MIX
In a highball glass filled with ice, combine Crystal Head, orange juice and Galliano. Stir well then add a splash of soda.
GARNISH
Lemon peel

Skewer thick cubes of orange then sprinkle with ground cinnamon
BULLDOG GIN

JASMIN
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 parts BULLDOG Gin
1 part Cointreau
0.75 parts Campari
0.5 parts Lemon Juice
METHOD:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Michelangelo Coupette.

BRAMBLE
INGREDIENTS:
2 parts BULLDOG Gin
0.75 parts Lemon Juice
0.5 parts Mure
0.25 parts Simple Syrup
METHOD:
Shake all except mure and pour over rocks glass full with crushed ice. Drizzle mure so it 'bleeds' into the drink.

RED SNAPPER
INGREDIENTS:
2 parts BULLDOG Gin
0.5 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
Pinch of Celery Salt
4 parts Tomato Juice
4-6 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
METHOD:
Pour all ingredients into Boston glass and shake for only 5 seconds before pouring into a sling glass full of cubed ice and garnish with a celery stick.

50ml Hoxton Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml crème de cacao
dash sugar
Serve Shaken, Fine strain, Straight up
GRAPEFRUIT MARTINI
Ingredients
5 – 7 mint leaves
50ml Grapefruit Juice
50ml Hoxton Gin
20ml Elderflower Cordial
Serve
Shake and Fine Strain, Straight Up
