Don't leave things to the last minute
If you find you have 15 minutes spare in the evening, prepare the kids' lunch and get their clothes out and ready for the next morning, so as you have more time to relax and enjoy breakfast

Set your alarm for 10 minutes earlier
Setting your alarm 10 minutes before you actually need to get up gives you the chance to settle before the day starts and allows you thinking time to prepare for the day ahead
