Executive Head Chef, Daniel McGarey has created an exquisite and unique Valentine’s Afternoon Tea:
This original and stylish menu starts with a slow poached oyster with pickled choi som flowers, crispy seaweed amuse bouche and selection of small bites including a lobster and watermelon compote tart. An array of traditional or vegetarian finger sandwiches are accompanied by a carefully-crafted menu of specially blended teas and infusions, followed by freshly baked scones with Jersey clotted cream & strawberry jam. An irresistible assortment of delicious sweet treats include a heart-shaped lemon and white chocolate macaron; cherry ripple marshmallow tart and strawberry and rosewater choux bun.
Priced at £39 or £45-£49 per person including a glass of Brut, or Rosé Champagne, the Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is perfect way to add some sparkle on this special occasion.
